Senior Director Revenue Cycle Project & Operations Excellence Officer

Job Description Summary: The D-RCPOEO is responsible with PFS/SSC corporate senior leadership for supporting optimal revenue cycle management (RCM) technology adoption and optimization through process improvement and standardization, design, approval, implementation and support. This role specifically oversees project management methodology and is responsible for effective operations project management of RCM technology including selection, design, build, and implementation and support phases. This leader is responsible for ensuring that all SSC/PFS major projects are planned, resourced, and completed on time/budget and result in the expected successful business outcomes. This role will facilitate strategic planning analyzing the business needs ensuring technology is optimized to support optimal business outcomes, including supporting technology/application, design, build, and testing processes. This role also is responsible for overseeing the design and development of Enterprise SSC Technology training materials. Operating in a matrix environment, this leader is a member of a highly-diverse cross-functional leadership team and will collaborate with subject matter experts, leaders, IT, vendors, and other stake holders to ensure optimal performance of SSC technology solutions in alignment with SSC objectives.       Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  Develops and directs the strategic planning of medium to large scale projects of a more complex nature. Defines individual tasks and resources necessary for completion of project.  Ensures availability and allocation of resources. Co-lead (with designated Operations and IT leaders)  the design, build, and testing of SSC Technology Solutions- per process and business analysis of technology or proposed technology solutions to support organizational goals and return on investment (ROI). Serve as SSC Project and Process Improvement (Operations Excellence) Officer Oversee process for selection of SSC Technology solutions. Lead RCM systems integration design, implementation and oversight. Oversee system validation efforts. Oversee testing efforts of SSC Technology solutions. Lead design, development, and delivery of training project plans and execution. Manages the activities of all members of the project team including those on partnering/collaborating teams. Lead design, development, and delivery of training plans and execution. Lead design and develop competency-based training materials. Excellent analytical, organizational and creative problem solving skills. Lead facilitation/training of solution(s) to multiple audience groups: system test teams, senior leadership, end users. Advise on the most effective methods for launching new programs, services, strategies or changes in business need. Reports and escalates issues to leaders as necessary. Provides various status reports to leaders according to project design and timelines. Lead improvements to process, standards and/or templates. Proficient in the understanding of system validation and execution.   Knowledge/Abilities: Ability to work with individuals at all levels and disciplines across the organization to communicate clearly and effectively - both verbally and in writing. Ability to support the business needs of the organization to ensure inclusion of process/operational flow during the system design and test process. Must be able to analyze the latest technology offerings from a learning industry perspective and make recommendations and business case to leadership. Microsoft Office Suite MSProject Management Knowledge/use of healthcare revenue cycle terminology Preferred Knowledge/use of the following HIS systems - HMS/MEDHOST, MEDITECH, Pulse/DAR Knowledge/use of Ontario Systems, Artiva Knowledge/use of Hyland OnBase document imaging solutions and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Knowledge of Recondo Technology applications Knowledge of Experian Patient Access applications Knowledge of NThrive Contract Management Knowledge of RPA and scripting tools   Certificates and Licenses:  PMP, Lean Six Sigma   Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes   Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Master's Degree preferred 7-10 years of experience in project management and performance improvement methodology Experience training in conducting business/performance analysis, creating instructional design documents, developing curriculum, evaluation of training effectiveness, and facilitation/delivery of education/training. #SSCSE20499

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
