Maintenance Technician for Mobile Home Community

We are seeking qualified, energetic Full-time staff for our fast paced Mobile Home Communities. Bilingual, experience in apartments, manufactured housing, or retail a plus. Great benefits including vacation, sick, holiday and insurance. Candidates must have valid DL.
Maintenance Technicians base wage $10-$13 depends on the size of the community and area of responsibility. Plus commissions on home sales.
Maintenance technicians are required to have a minimum of two 2 years general experience in building trades, exterior plumbing, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. Snow plowing, lift stations experience a plus.
Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures.
All Full Time employees are eligible for health, life, dental, and vision after 90 days. Vacation, sick and holiday pay are also included in our benefits package.
