Assistant Managers can earn up to $26 per hour with bonus.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
1 to 2 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a soft goods apparel environment Experience or knowledge of construction, farming, outdoor work and/or work apparel and footwear High School graduate or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and sales skills Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of PC applications Experience with retail POS/inventory computer systems Maintain positive team morale Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines RETAIL TEAM - JOB DESCRIPTIONS Must be able to work part time or full time, including early mornings, evenings/nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management May be required to attend outside events, seminars, etc.
