The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling eLearning IT Training Services,.
The role requires a minimum of 3
years of industry experience and offers a competitive salary
uncapped commission and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as new prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our IT Training Services and elearning solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
Qualifications:

years proven sales track record, with a focus on learning content development services in the IT Training sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and drive.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
