Administrative Assistant We are seeking a resourceful, intelligent, and responsible Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with Business Manager on day to day operations as well be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support functions that require attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ability to work effectively in fast paced environment Answer phones and direct calls Provide general administrative support in the office Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and route appointments with clients, customers, and employees Manage office supplies and equipment and restock as necessary Maintain inventory accurate records and documentation for job files Ensure that the office area remains clean and tidy on a daily basis Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum of HSD/GED At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative assistant experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.

, Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment such as copiers and printers Highly resourceful Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact Additionally, successful candidates will have experience in an office setting and possess the following skills and
Experience:
Strong work ethic Strong writing and problem-solving skills Excellent analytical skills Ability to learn new software Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Some knowledge in restoration/carpet industry is a plus This is a full-time position from 8 am - 5 pm, and occasional overtime may be required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
