As a Membership Salesperson and Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of the organization.
We are seeking energetic, hard-working people who have a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, good attitude, and who are skilled in handling a wide array of duties and competing priorities.
A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to pay attention to details.
Due to the nature of working in healthcare, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial.

Responsibilities:
Sell memberships to new and existing clients and Wal-Mart shoppers.
Greet patients on arrival and handle check-in and check-out functions.
Collect necessary new patient or updated health forms from patients.
Answer the phone.
Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up on missed appointments.
Collect payments.
Prepare for the day's appointments.
Run balanced daily, weekly, and biweekly reports as required.
Complete required training including compliance courses.
Attend required daily/weekly meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
