To Provide Habilitation Services to clients and assist in skill acquisition in the areas of self-help, daily living, socialization, leisure/recreation, basic academics, human growth, and development, motor, communication and behavioral programs.
RESPONSIBLE TO:
Program Manager and Day Activity Supervisor PERFORMANCEREQUIRMENTS:
Must be able to read, write, and to follow oral and written directions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Extended hours! Extensive lifting, pulling, pushing required.
Work may be performed inside or outside of assigned group home.
Mobility from one place to another is required.
Responsibilities:
Follow daily assignments for client care in a manner that is consistent with 24 hour schedule, activities, and transportation needs.
Required:
Diploma or equivalent Valid TN Driver's License Must be 21 Years Old
