Essential Functions:
Compiles data for sales and management reports.
Responsible for the scheduling, tracking and completion of jobs.
Maintains and controls the paper flow of work orders, time sheets, time cards, and personnel records.
Assures proper attention being paid to credit and collections.
Manage A/P A/R accounts and coordinate with corporate accounting department.
Support the Management Team in daily administrative functions.
Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:
Ability to establish and implement realist goals and follow through.
Promotes a positive office environment and supports employee growth and development.
Contributes to the overall success of the organization.
Ability to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary procedures and assist the General Manager in achieving efficiency goals.
Ability to hire, train and motivate clerical staff.
Assumes responsibility for all office related tasks.
Thorough job knowledge including complete understanding of all clerical functions, all computer programs, and complete understanding of accounting codes.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a professional image and demeanor Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Prior office management experience.
Complete understanding of computers and business software systems including all components of Microsoft Office.
Previous accounting experience including A/P and A/R.
The Rewards:
As an Office Manager, you will receive a base salary based on experience level.
